How to Register Your PRIMA Screen e-Voucher
After purchasing your PRIMA Screen package, you’ll need to register your plan using your Reference Code before heading to the PCC.
- Click the registration link sent to your email.
- Enter the Reference Code you’ll receive by email and complete your details.
- Once successfully registered, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your e-voucher and a scheduler link to book your appointment.
Note:
- The plan must be registered within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The service must be availed within 3 months from the date of registration.
- All tests must be completed within 1 day. If your procedures cannot be completed on the same day, our team will assist in rescheduling your PCC visit to a confirmed date.
